Arch Hive were approached by a commercial client to overhaul an existing industrial building, modernising the existing elevations, site layout and landscaping to provide a more welcoming approach for occupants and customers along with internal upgrades and provision of cycle parking, safe pedestrian routes and new commercial frontages.
