Concept scheme to design a mixed use block of apartments with commercial, leisure and retail units on ground floor. Project located in Nyanyano, an eastern district of the Ghanian capital Accra. Designed to utilise prevailing wind as passive cooling and solar chimneys to create internal stack ventilation effect. South facing facades clad in solar shading and two storey private residence constructed of stacked insulated & perforated shipping containers.
