A single storey ground floor extension and internal re-modelling of a Victorian Terrace in Bristol.

The client was looking to de-clutter the existing ground floor layout and maximise views out to the garden. The proposals compromise a simple timber frame volume with high ceilings and parapet walls clad in vertical timber with high levels of insulation. A large rooflight positioned to capture the evening sun frames the dining table and bench below. Folding doors connect the new outside terrace area with kitchen and breakfast island.
